Rent Car And Driving Licence


Are you looking at rent car option for your driving holiday or short vacation? Do you have driving license or you are without a driving license? Do you have a car insurance policy that is still valid?

  1. Do you have a valid driving license or you are without a driving license

    If you are without a driving license, you can forget about renting a car. It is a must and there is no negotiation on this.


  2. Is your driving license going to expire?

    For the entire period of time that you rent the car, your driving license must be valid. So, if your driving license expired during the period, no car rental company is going to accept your order.


  3. Are you renting the car in another country?

    If you are going to rent a car in another country, check out the regulation of that country. Some countries required an international driving license or permit besides a valid driver license. So, it is better for you to check out before proceed.


  4. Rental Car Insurance.

    Find out if you need a rental car insurance. If you are going to rent a car in another country, you probably need to buy some kind of car insurance. If you are renting in your own country of residence, that will really depend on if you have a valid car insurance. Either way, you need to check out if your car insurance policy is still valid.
